1. Stoney Westmoreland From Andi Mack
You may remember Stoney Westmoreland as Henry "Ham" Mack from Andi Mack. He was Andi's dad-turned-grandfather, but there was a time when they stopped showing him on screen. That was because he was fired from the show after being arrested in 2018.
Westmoreland was arrested for allegedly going online to have inappropriate relations with underage children. He was charged with six felonies, and he was arrested in the same city where Andi Mack was filming. Most of the cast were minors, and it was uncomfortable for everyone.
2. David Henrie From Wizards Of Waverly Place
David Henrie was the older brother we had a love-hate relationship with on Wizards of Waverly Place, and we always thought he was such a good influence because even his character was responsible. However, he made a huge mistake in 2018.
While traveling through LAX, Henrie was arrested for walking around with a loaded gun. He then took to Twitter to say, "I take responsibility for the situation at LAX." However, he legally owned the gun, but he got two years of probation, and we think we can forgive him.
3. Debby Ryan From Jessie
Debbie Ryan got her start on Suite Life on Deck and then went on to star in her own Disney show, Jessie. She was a role model for many young girls, but in 2016 her reputation changed when she was charged with a DUI. She was remorseful for her actions, and that might have helped with sentencing.
Ryan crashed her car into another car and failed the field sobriety test, which led to her arrest. Although she was not given jail time, Ryan had to do three years of probation. Despite losing her Disney reputation, she still got to star in the Netflix series, Insatiable; however, the reviews were not great.
4. Jake T. Austin From Wizards Of Waverly Place
As the youngest Russo on Wizards of Waverly Place, Jake T. Austin grew up before our eyes, but his time in the spotlight might not have been the best for him. In 2013, Austin was involved in a 4-car hit-and-run crash, and when the officers arrived on the scene, Austin wasn't there.
Fast forward to 2014, Jake was charged with a hit-and-run; however, he was found not guilty and didn't have to appear in court. The judge said Austin reported the incident to the cops within a reasonable amount of time; therefore, he got away with his crimes.
5. Amanda Bynes From The Amanda Show
While we all should have known something was up with Amanda Bynes when she retired from acting in 2010, un-retired, then deleted her Twitter feed, no one expected her to get arrested. The former child actress had some incredibly erratic behavior leading to her arrest, like getting into multiple car accidents and dramatically altering her appearance.
Bynes' first arrest was for criminal possession of marijuana, tampering with evidence, and reckless endangerment. The ex-Nickelodeon star was also arrested for driving on a suspended license, and her former rival, Lindsay Lohan, was mad that Bynes wasn't in jail like her.
6. Phill Lewis From The Suite Life Of Zack & Cody
Most people aren't aware of this, but before we knew Phil Lewis as Mr. Mosbey on Suite Life of Zach & Cody, he committed a serious crime. When he was 24-years-old, he was sentenced to a year in jail for killing a 21-year-old woman while driving drunk.
Lewis was convicted for manslaughter, and in addition to jail time, Lewis was given two-years probation and 350 hours of community service. We are surprised that Disney Channel still hired him. At the time of the accident, Lewis's blood-alcohol level measured three times the legal limit.
7. Kelli Berglund From Lab Rats
Kelli Berglund is best known for her role on Disney Channel's Lab Rats, Lab Rats: Elite Force, and How to Build a Better Boy. She is part of the newer generation of Disney Channel stars, but that hasn't stopped her from getting into a bit of trouble like the actors that preceded her.
In 2016, Berglund was arrested at Coachella after being caught with a fake ID. While it is not the worst crime someone could commit, it didn't look good for her wholesome reputation. At the time, she was 20-years-old, and just one year away from the legal drinking age.
8. Shia LaBeouf From Even Stevens
Over the years, we have seen Shia LaBeouf go from Disney Channel star to big-time action movie star to going off the deep end. Throughout the years, LaBeouf has been arrested multiple times, and the first one was when he was just nine for stealing a pair of shoes.
LaBeouf has been arrested for everything from bar fighting to drunk driving. Most recently, he has been caught up in an abuse scandal with his former girlfriend, FKA Twigs. Once she came out about the abuse, other previous girlfriends also confirmed her story.
9. William Brent (aka Billy Unger) From Lab Rats
Like his Lab Rats co-star, William Brent also got in trouble with the law. However, his offense was worse than being caught with a fake ID. The Disney XD star was arrested in 2014 for a DUI, which is definitely not the reputation Disney wanted for their brand.
Initially, Brent was pulled over for speeding and then arrested because he was under the influence. His BAC was the legal limit, but he was only 18 at the time of the arrest, and the legal drinking age is 21. He was released, but it definitely tarnished his reputation.
10. Kirsten Storms From The Zenon
Zetus lapetus! Remember Kirsten Storms from Zenon? She kind of fell off the face of the earth, and there might be a reason why. In 2007, she was arrested for a DUI when officers pulled her over for throwing a cigarette out the window while driving down the freeway.
What was supposed to be a littering infraction turned into an arrest after Storms failed the field sobriety test. Since her Disney days, she hasn't really done much acting, but she will always be iconic for being the girl of the 21st century.
11. Macaulay Culkin From Home Alone
At just 10-years-old, Macaulay Culkin was thrust into the spotlight when Home Alone became a blockbuster hit. While he did take a break from acting after starring in a few different films, that didn't stop him from getting into trouble as he got older.
In 2004, Culkin was driving through Oklahoma City when he was arrested for possession of marijuana and prescription drugs. He received a suspended prison sentence and had to pay a fine. The paparazzi got some crazy shots of him over the years, but he seems to have his life together these days.
12. Dutch Whitlock From High School Musical
"I play the cello." The skater boy who wanted to share his cello skills during "Stick to the Status Quo" in High School Musical might not have gone on to fulfill his musical dreams. Dutch Whitlock only had a minor role in the hit Disney Channel original movie, and then he lost any chance of getting more roles.
Just two years after High School Musical, Whitlock robbed a pizza place at gunpoint. He was sentenced to a year in jail and three years of probation. This photo shows how he definitely looked nothing like he did in the movie, and it's sad that he went from being in one of the most iconic teen movies to jail.
13. Lindsay Lohan From The Parent Trap
When Lindsay Lohan was young, she starred in one of our all-time favorite movies, The Parent Trap. She was such a promising actress with films like Freaky Friday, Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen, and Mean Girls. However, starting in 2007, she fell in with the wrong crowd, and things went south.
From 2007 to 2012, Lohan had a string of arrests for DUIs, cocaine possession, and driving with a suspended license. We got many iconic mugshots throughout these years, but it hurt her reputation as an actress, and she never fully recovered from this bad PR.
14. Orlando Brown From That's So Raven
We all knew Orlando Brown as Raven's best friend Eddie on That's So Raven and, after the show, we don't know what went wrong, but he turned into a completely different person. He was arrested for DUIs, domestic battery, and felony drug possession throughout the years.
In 2018, there was a warrant out for his arrest, and Brown was captured by bounty hunters because he failed to appear in court. He also made a bizarre appearance on Dr. Phil because his manager and friends were concerned about his downward spiral of addiction, homelessness, and mental health struggles.
15. Anneliese Van Der Pol From That's So Raven
Like her co-star Orlando Brown, Anneliese van der Pol, who played Chelsea on That's So Raven, got in trouble with the law right before the show's final season. In 2006, van der Pol was arrested for drunk driving and plead no contest to a DUI one year later.
It was reported that van der Pol's blood-alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit. She was given 36 months of probation and had to pay fines. It seems that starting a career in the spotlight can make you do some crazy things.
16. Mitchel Musso From Hannah Montana
Who else had a crush on Mitchel Musso when he played Oliver on Hannah Montana? After the show ended, he tried to get away from the Disney Channel reputation and focus on his music career. However, in 2011, Musso was arrested for a DUI.
Musson was posted on $5,000 bail and was released from jail. He was no longer the "Smokin' Oaken" we knew and loved, but most of his castmates also went a little off the rails after their days on Hannah Montana.
17. Audrey Whitby From So Random!
While many other people on this list were arrested for DUIs or robbery, Aubrey Whitby was just expressing her right to free speech. After the 2016 presidential election, Whitby took part in a peaceful protest and ended up getting arrested.
Although it was a peaceful protest, Whitby said the officers pointed batons, tear gas, and non-lethal guns at them. She was arrested and harassed by an officer who questioned if she even voted, and was later released with a citation.
18. Lalaine From Lizzie McGuire
Remember Miranda from Lizzie McGuire? We all wondered why she wasn't in The Lizzie McGuire Movie, and while it had nothing to do with her future crimes, it was a little disappointing not to see her. A few years later, her life took a dark turn, and she was arrested for drug possession in 2007.
Lalaine was charged with possession of crystal meth, and she didn't show up for her court date, so the judge issued a $50,000 bench warrant for her arrest. She eventually showed up and enrolled in the Asian American Drug Abuse Program.
19. Daniel Samonas From Wizards Of Waverly Place
Daniel Samonas played the bad boy boyfriend of Alex Russo on Wizards of Waverly Place, and in real life, he turned out to be a bit of a rebel. In 2018, Samonas was arrested for a DUI at Burning Man. He had been driving recklessly in a populated area of the city when the police pulled him over.
His arrest came shortly after David Henrie's arrest, but it seems like people weren't as quick to forgive him. It's a good thing Alex's parents warned her about Dean because they had the correct idea about him.
20. Adam Hicks From Lemonade Mouth
From 2009 to 2013, Adam Hicks was the face of Disney Channel. He starred in the DCOM Lemonade Mouth and Zeke and Luther. Hicks also appeared on Jonas and Pair of Kings, and it seemed like he was going to have a very successful career, but in 2018, his world changed forever.

22. Britney Spears From The Mickey Mouse Club
Since the release of Framing Britney Spears, people are making more sense of Britney's downward spiral in 2008. After getting her start on The Mickey Mouse Club as a child, Britney quickly grew to fame with her music career, but things went south starting in 2007.
Britney was charged with a hit-and-run, and she was driving without a valid license. A year later, she was arrested and taken away by ambulance after refusing to hand her children over to her ex-husband. As new evidence shows, she has been manipulated, abused, and while we're not saying that Spears isn't ultimately responsible for her own choices, there still needs to be justice for Britney.

You might remember Ryan Merriman from iconic DCOM classics like Smart House, Luck of the Irish, and A Ring of Endless Light. In 2011, he was arrested under suspicion of driving under the influence in California. According to reports, he was initially pulled over for stopping past the solid line at a red light.
